The publishers of Maintenance & Engineering – a leading source of news and insight for all involved in maintenance engineering and asset management – are pleased to announce that the magazine is moving forward as a fully digital publication.
This decision responds to market trends which are seeing more and more people accessing content online, virtually and remotely. The move has also been made in the interests of sustainability, at a time when all industries must attempt to reduce their emissions in pursuit of the UK’s target to achieve net zero by 2050.
Maintenance & Engineering will continue to deliver the same high level of editorial content and value for its readers each issue, free of charge to subscribers.
Readers will still be able to access content presented in a familiar magazine format by visiting the Digimags section of www.maintenanceandengineering.com while all articles are also available to browse via the Magazine tab of this website.
As well as new issues being available, we also have an online archive of past issues covering the last 12 years, offering easy and quick access to valuable historic content.
The recent July / August 2022 issue of M&E was the first to go digital-only and, for those who may have missed it, is available to view online here.
The issue features significant focus on the challenge of emissions monitoring and leak detection, exploring a series of methods employed to keep a handle on both fugitive greenhouse gases and harmful pollutants being emitted, as well as energy loss from compressors.
Further topics explored include future skills and training needs in the engineering profession, smart solutions to ensure machinery is effectively lubricated at all times, and the importance of instrument verification in understanding equipment health.
