Specialist distributor of maintenance, repair and overhaul products Brammer Buck & Hickman has launched a new website and online store. The move consolidates two previously separate websites – Brammer and Buck & Hickman – into one, following the merger of the brands as a trading entity in 2017.
The consolidated and improved web shop is branded with the group’s Rubix brand, and will give customers access to the Rubix network of 8,000 manufacturers and service providers.
The store’s range covers over two million stocked products from over 15,000 brands. Products for sale include bearings, power transmissions, pneumatics, hydraulics, tools, personal protection equipment and industrial consumables.
Other improvements include a better search function, plus pictures and videos for all the product categories and many of the applications to help make better informed purchase decisions.
The company says the developments have been based on extensive feedback from customers, and feature a smoother login process, real time stock updates and a fully responsive website so that customers can buy their industrial supplies from any device.
Further updates will include product recommendations.
