Cheshire-based Multiplastics (Europe) is one of the most recent UK organisations to cost-effectively renew apparatus in its loading bay facility with Thorworld Industries.
The company has benefited from the use of a rented, Thorworld Industries mobile ramp since 2013, facilitating the use of forklift trucks in the loading and unloading of containers containing reels of film.
“Our existing ramp had performed superbly,” Paul Cotterill, production manager at Multiplastics explains. “However to ensure our operation remained fully efficient, we felt it was time to replace the apparatus with a newer installation.”
He goes on to say how impressed he’s been with the design and capabilities of the Thorworld ramp his company has been using.
“We really couldn’t fault the equipment,” he continues, “so it’s been an easy decision to make to replace the ramp with a like-for-like solution.”
